Every major assistant sets its minimum age at 13 or 18, and none of them were built to give a teacher a roster, an attendance list, or a transcript. That is the whole reason this program ships with its own platform instead of a login page.
Students have no email address and no account to lose
Your office creates the roster. Students get a printed code and a PIN. We store a first name and a last initial — no email, no birthdate, no photo, no address.
The teacher's switch is the door
When class is closed, students cannot log in at all. Not from home, not from a phone, not on a snow day. One control, and it is the actual access boundary.
Nothing reaches a student unreviewed
Every message is screened going in and coming out before it renders. Flags reach the teacher's screen in seconds, with an escalation path your staff defines.
What your technology director will ask
- Consent model. District authorization on file before any section can open — enforced by the software, not by policy.
- Transcripts. Complete logging, visible to the teacher for their own sections and to your administrators for your school.
- Retention. Chat and uploads purge on your schedule. Default 180 days, district-configurable.
- Student data. Never used for advertising. Never used to train a model.
- Image generation. Not disabled — not built. There is nothing to misconfigure.
- Deletion. Per-student and per-section deletion on request, with a written receipt.
- Devices. Runs in a browser on the Chromebooks you already have.
- Outage plan. Every lesson has a printable version that needs no network at all.
